Registration Process
- Click on any of the Get Started buttons.
- Create an account on our HIPAA-secure Healthie EHR system.
- Sign the consent waiver form.
- Fill out the online health history form.
- Upload any recent lab results from the past 2 years (optional)
ROOT CAUSE ID ADVANCED LAB TESTING
Our integrative medicine lab interpretation team will analyze your health history, symptoms, and goals, along with the recent lab results you uploaded within 2-3 business days. After reviewing your health history and any uploaded lab results, we may recommend additional advanced lab testing if we deem it necessary in creating a complete profile for your Root Cause ID Analysis Report. To discover the underlying causes of health issues, we must understand the full picture of possible biochemical imbalances and associated lab biomarkers which are causing or contributing to the issue. If you already received the necessary advanced lab testing and uploaded the results, you can skip to step three.
Advanced Lab Testing Process (If needed)
- Receive advanced lab panel recommendations from the Root Cause ID team.
- Purchase the lab panels from the Root Cause ID online lab shop.
- Follow the instructions of receiving, collecting, and mailing in your lab specimen.
ROOT CAUSE ID ANALYSIS REPORT
Within 3-5 business days of receiving all completed lab results and information, along with payment for your Root Cause ID Analysis Report, you’ll be provided with your online written Root Cause ID Analysis Report. This report connects the dots between your health concerns and the possible underlying root cause issues found in your lab results. Our lab interpretation experts help provide you with answers to the root cause of your unexplained medical conditions and symptoms.
Root Cause ID Analysis Report Process
- Retrieve your written Root Cause ID Analysis Report in your Healthie online portal.
- Review our findings and get answers to the possible underlying causes of your health issues.
- You can take your Root Cause ID Analysis Report to your healthcare practitioner (or we can send it to them) or keep it to yourself. Now you have the peace of mind knowing the possible underlying causes to your unexplained health conditions and symptoms.
